what are you truly craving?

most people who struggle with weight problems have some specific binge item. it's important because it could well be a major source of comfort, a kind of anaesthesia from life, or a vehicle for pleasure, or coping which gets you through the tough times. cravings shouldn't be dropped instantly. you preferably need something which will give you that sense of happiness and well-being with no negative side effects. a most common need that everyone shares is the need for love. your binge item may be a substitute for love, or perhaps merely a habit, and a symptom for a deeper unmet need. try to be a detective in your own life. try to find out what you are truly craving. do you need more rest? do you have financial problems? is there a relationship in your life that provides love and care? are you valuable to others? and are you valued by others? most of all, take a lot of time and TLC to work on these mysteries, and don't forget to ask for God's help often in the process.

When you look great you normally feel great... Weight management is taking care of yourself like eating every day to nourish the body you likewise also take care of the things you eat. However there are some who eats everything and manage to be slim and fit, but one may just take a juice and blout... lol... Those who needs extra care for weight management needs some exercise or tablet to manage their weight.

i think the people who don't get fat are the naturally slim ones, sometimes it runs in the genes. just eat healthily probably, and lead a healthy lifestyle.

There are times where I crave for certain types of food. Sometimes I crave for chocolate for a month. I eat them like there's no tomorrow. Other times I crave to nuts. There are other cravings and they seem to run in cycles. Its not really because of any problems. My taste buds would just crave for it for no apparent reason.

it's good to have a craving once in a while, as long as it's not everyday, hehehe!!
