Are there any King Crimson fans here?  

Their very first album has that track on it, and Greg Lake who went on to Emerson, Lake, and Palmer sang it and played bass on the album. The album was entitled 'In The Court of The Crimson King, An Observation by King Crimson.' Ian McDonald, who went on to be one of the founding members of Foreigner, also plays mellotron and reed instruments on the album--I think it's their best. And by the way, years ago I saw a van on the way to a rock concert that had that picture from the front of the album as you've shown above painted on the side--it was excellent! There's an online site, I believe it's www.musicstack.com, where you can get old and rare albums. You might want to check there.
