Cheese has always been a favourite food of mine. It is so versitile, eat on its own or with other foodstuffs. Eat it hot or cold. Also there are so many differents flavours and varieties, from all over the world.

I know a lot of people think that's pretty gross. I can't help it that I like it that way. But I like a whole bunch different k1nds too. Like good sharp cheddars and gruyry or however it's spelled.

A cup of milk
A table spoon of butter
Melt milk in butter (or melt butter in milk, I can't remember how he put it) while simmering on low, and add cheese while stirring. Cheese'll melt pretty quickly....
