I know I have said I was going to try this diet plan, or that diet plan, and so on....but I always struggle around day 4 or 5 and give up.

I won't be starting this plan till April 5th - but there is something I am going to try and hopefully stick to. I know, I usually give up/fail quickly when trying to get back on plan.

So after my very bad weekend I weighed in this morning at 14stone 5.8 which means my weight loss for the whole week was 1.4lb this is 0.3lb more than my target but obviously I am still a little disappointed that my weight wend up...
