Does anyone know how to make screensavers like the ones that come with your computer? Also does anyone know of any free programs that might work?

I use Windows/vista 64 and have downloaded several screensavers but they don't work. Does anyone know why or what I have to do to get them to work? Any help is truly appreciated..Thanks

There are a lot of fancy and eye-catching screensavers on the net.I used to install those way back when i was a kid.Now i prefer blank screen. Give me your opinion about it.

What kind do you like? Have you tried 3 d and do you have certain sites where you prefer to get them? I saw some beautiful Christmas 3 d ones. Whats your opinion on this and do you have problems with adware when you get them?
