Why even after I remove programs in Vista, this not frees up memory space? I do it from Control Panel/Programs and Features/Uninstall,change. But icon show that the used space is still same?!

I have cable and still mylot is loading way to darn slow. its driving me crazy. is your page loading slow or is it just right?
