Here is a recovery process that works
Start with drinking in alternate days and then continue to increase non drinking days (in two days, in three days, in four days etc.)

i am terrible trouble which i feel very much difficult to solve and if i am terribly upset with that , am i right to have a alcohol , to make me forgot that trouble , if i love to have it , because that makes me feel good after...
