What do you do when your phone rings and the person realises that they have rung

If someone rings me and they realise they have rung the wrong number and they apologise I always say 'Thats OK. I had to answer the phone anyway' I get a lot of people laughing but some of them seem very puzzled.

when i am asleep i will answer the phone and have long conversations and not remember them when i wake up.. people will tell me that they had talked to me earlier and i thought they were crazy lol.. i have heard of sleep talking,...
