How Often do You change the oil in your car?

I know you are supposed to keep up with that pretty much. But, I am afraid I don't do it as often as I should. Not sure about the miles ...I'd have to say mmm less than a year, maybe every 6 to 8 months.

We take ours to a shop. I would like to do it next time but hubby says I don't know what I am doing. Ahh!
