Some of this year, the world has been exposed to pandemic disease, and causing several casualties, although avian flu H5N1 has been passed now reappeared outbreaks of swine flu H1N1.. How do you do,,, ?

because of avian influenza, my government decide to wipe out all the birds in my city (duck,chicken,birds????), i think it's bad decision, after all not all birds have that disease, what do you think friends?? Is there a solution...
