Do you like to eat fruit? I like to eat all kinds of fruit, especially banana, pineapples, oranges.My hometown is very famous for pear and golden date. Do you like to eat them? They are very good for your health.

What is the best herbal medicine for diabetes?

My father is a diabetic one,and we consider herbal medicines as other remedy..he had tried already the banaba leaves and ampalaya..is there any other herbal medicine that can reduce blood sugar?please give some info.
