We have just recently gotten a new puppy. A six month old basset hound. While he is adorable I am having trouble teaching him not to chew on things he shouldn't. For instance glass ornaments and books. Any advice would help.

i have a one year old basset hound dog pet. it bothers me that it doesnt have a dog partner and has not mated with other dogs yet. is this okay? will my dog be healthy if it did not have contact with other dogs?

Ear cleaning products?

I'm just wondering what products and/or how any of you clean your basset's ears? So far my doggy hasn't had any infections (knock on wood) but obviously those long ears make them prone to them.
