Do you have a weird bedtime ritual?

All of us have bedtime rituals. Ofcourse those includes brushing teeth, washing face, watching tv, reading a book, praying. But many do weird stuffs before going to bed. For me I clean my ears before going to bed. I don't know...

I noticed the other day I have a routine before going to bed. Im only 36 I thought those came later with pill holders with the days of the week on them. Whats your routine?
