Punishment by teachers

Hi, i would like to ask a question. Don't the female teachers feel sad while beating students.I AM in india. in my school the female teachers beats us with cane and stick so severely on our palms and buttocks. don't they think....

I have beta's, both male and female. I would like to breed them to see what colors would result, but I'm afraid they will attack eachother. I tried it a couple of times but got so nervous, that I would take the little female...
