This is my very first attempt at making fudge.
Carnation has made it easy and quick as well.

I have always liked Italian food.However,I have always used boxed pasta.Iam thinking about buying a machine.Who has used a machine and can tell me your opinion.Is machine homemade or boxed better?

Are there certain processed foods that you won't purchase, choosing to make it from scratch instead?
I would love to make my own cheeses but do not have a source for raw milk right now.
I prefer to make homemade soups - but...
