Did you know that just eating one or two Brazil Nuts a day provides you with your daily recommended amount of the mineral selenium. I've been eating one a day for years now.

i read in a medical journal that the men should eat Brazil nets to once a day to prevent cancer of prostrate. well.. i buy nuts every month and my husband approves.. lololol
