I rather have my red meats broiled. Even grilled. Or bake. Either of the three methods are the best. I rather not choose frying at all. Since fried stuff are not good. Fried foods contain fats that are bad for the circulation. So...

Favorite Way to make Potatos

What's your favorite way to make potatos? I like to cut mine up into bite size pieces, toss them with oil and california style garlic salt then broil them for 30 minutes, until they get nice and soft, with just a hint of brown.
