I think Caller ID's are the best thing that has ever been invented. This way, you can completely avoid those Marketing calls that keep coming in, and you can always know who called you, if you orginally missed their call. However,...

I personally hate the call waiting feature. I find it annoying that when I'm talking to one party I do not like to be interrupted. Maybe I'm old school but still. With my cell phone I'm even interrupted by the voice message alert....
