This time of year many are thinking of losing weight, changing diets, and looking for different foods to eat. Many dieters will shy away from carbs because carbs are seen as being the culprit in weight going up instead of down....

I think it is the 34th day of the year (well that February 3rd was anyway).
So I weighed in and went down to 179. Finally under 180 again! Next goal is to get under 17....and so on. I will take it 10 pounds at a time.

Not those buns, silly.
We had bacon cheeseburgers tonight. We had sliced tomatoes, onions, pickles, bacon (of course) and sharp cheddar cheese.
We put the meat right on the plate.
Hubby says bread makes him too full. And we do...

Is that a thing? I really think it is. Every time I try to go low carb I end up going back to the carbs. It's hard to say no to them sometimes.

I heard earlier about a disorder called "Auto Brewery Syndrome" it's a disease where your body converts carbs to alcohol. Thereby, basically making you drunk without you actually drinking any alcoholic beverages.
