I sometimes cry without really any real reason.. i sometimes feel heavy (but not really sad) and really wanna cry, what i do is go in my room and cry my heart out. Or sometimes when i really wanted to cry, i will watch a sad movie...

one way to relieve stress and tension is by shouting and expressing yourself... catharsis regard to be as another psychotherapy. hav you done this? do you find it effective?i tried it once... and i think it works!
