Tonight i am making filetted chicken with chorizo sausage ontop. with spanish rice and some doffrent veggies... I also like chorizo suasage in my spagettie.. But thoes are the only way i know how to make it. So do you cook...

Any ideas for a recipe using Chorizo?

I bought some chorizo last week, and I am trying to figure out what to make with it. I have only ever made 1 thing with chorizo before, and I want to try something different. Anybody have any suggestions?

Chorizo vs. Bolitos

What is the difference between the two? Does anyone know? They look almost the same except at my market the bolitos are wrapped in little individual casings and the chorizo is usually not.
