What type of acne/pimple medication should I buy tommorow?

My skin has gotten like 200-300% worst in the last 3 months and I CANNOT stand it anymore. I feel so hideous. lol So, what has worked for you or worked for someone you know? It has to be something I can buy at a general store....

Do you use Neutrogena, Clean and Clear, Oxy, Dove, Oil of Olay, Clearasil, Noxema, or just soap and water?
