I have the cold roasted chicken almost whole. I did not eat a lot at lunch. I just made some homemade mayo, got some arugula and there are a couple of artichokes boiling away. As soon as the artichokes are ready I will eat dinner...

I have all sorts of delicious food in my fridge as my daughter brought all she had at her house and I had bought a lot more to pamper Diego. Among the things she brought there were some cold roasted chicken thighs. I love them...
