Most times, I leave the chicken skin on,
while cooking chicken, otherwise it dries
out in my counter top grill.
And, then simply remove the chicken
before serving.
Do you take the chicken skin off
before cooking or...

Last night, my daughter insisted
on eating dry Jiffy mix uncooked.
Jiffy mix is an instant cornbread/pancake
mix that you can buy in stores.

I can cook lots of things, but not mashed potatoes.
When I cook mashed potatoes, they always

Tonight, when I was warming up a plate
of left over chicken and rice for a snack, I decided
to spice things up and sprinkled shredded
cheddar cheese over top.
