Recently I was told I needed to detox so as much as dislike this process I have begun if you detox what is your preferd method?

There are so many advocates of detoxing then some say it is a waste of time and can be dangerous. What do you think? Do you detox regularly, monthly, annually? What differences do you notice? Those for it say it reduces...

anyone heard of detoxing with leetches?

never mind that they are gross. But I wonder if it works and what exactly does it do? how does it feel?

far longer then they should? I know people who love long after it is healthy. I know of people who send a person from their life yet can't seem to let them go. They follow them in anger and insult, yet claim to be wronged....
