My oldest daughter has diabetes. She just found out a year ago. She is handling it pretty well. I sure would like to be able to fix diabetic dishes for her when I invite her over to dinner. i always feel bad about her not being...

I have made these in the past for some of my diabetic familiy members and friends. They are much better than I expected, not too sweet and soft and moist. Remember, if you are a diabetic, You will need to check with your dietician...

A friend of ours was recently diagnosed with diabetes. He has a very sweet tooth (possibly part of the cause of the diabetes) and to help him from falling off the reduced-sugar wagon, I'm looking for some decent tasty diabetic...
