Is there something similar to disk cleanup or disk defragmenter (windows) on MAC? I have recently made the switch from windows to mac and love it, but am not sure if there is a way to do the equivalent of disk cleanup or...

I have never used disk defragmenter. I use disk clean up all of the time. Do you use it? If so why do you use it?
