For Computer Geeks: Does anyone know what DNSBL popular ISPs use?

My IP has been blocked several times by comcast and hotmail. I know they normally use DNSBLs (but I can be wrong). Does anyone have an idea on what DNSBL they are using? I would like to check my IP's health with the actual owner...
