The other night my dog Marley got into a bag of flour that was in the cabinet. The door must have gotten left open just a little bit. He stuck his nose in the bag and knocked it over. He is a black lab which makes thing worse...

Do people in your area pick up after their dogs? Do you? Does your local authority have or enforce any law related to dogs pooping all over common areas? Every morning when we walk to school it is like navigating a dog doody...
