After promising not to eat sweets ,eat lols of sweets.

I have noticed that whenever I thought that from now onwards, I will stop eating sweets ,then on that day I eat usually more sweets than normal days. Is this same happen with you also?

I don't always eat while I'm at the coputer. I wouldn't want to get all the crumbs and stuff in the keys. Right now, I am eating because I'm hungry. lol I'm snacking on pretzels. I probably should eat something a little more...
