super sensitive teeth

My teeth has been very sensitive lately, even if the water i drink is not so cold, it hurts.. Maybe i have a cavity, or is it because my enamel is coming ff. The medicine is not working so well...Anyone has suggestions?...

Is it Safe to Floss Everyday?

Do you floss and brush your teeth regularly? I am just wondering if it is healthy to floss daily. I just thought that rubbing the floss onto your teeth can damage the tooth enamel. Any thoughts?
