A weird pink car accessory on a Fiat car

I've an old Fiat Punto with a lot of kilometers, but work very fine for now! By the 15th of january this type of vehicle can't go in the city center for pollution reasons..so sad situation!!

Mine is a Volkswagen Golf 1.9 TDI. I have it from February 2002. It is a very reliable car, I am very satisfied of it. The only problem is the cost, because Volkswagen is a little bit expensive than other models in the same range....
