Sunday breakfast

Simple french toast with apples and toppings of oates, coconut flakes & walnuts. Teaspoon of honey. Added to egg mix chia seeds & flaxseed to cover my sourdough bread for breakfast this morning.

Do you take Flaxseed supplements

I have been eating flaxseed on a regular basis. I love the flavor and they offer plenty of health benefits. I wanted to add flaxseed oil supplements. Do you take these supplements and if so how do you like them?

I am forever reading about the health benefits of flaxseed. Does anyone on here use flaxseed? Where does one buy flaxseed? What does it taste like? How do you use it in cooking or whatever? Thanks for all your help!
