if you are having a problem about your finger nails and toe nails,cant stay it long because it break too easy.then use fresh garlic,smash the fresh garlic..rub it into you fingernails/toe nails.2-3 times a month.you will notice...

I've always broken off the garlic cloves and stuck the bottom side in the dirt and as they grow I've cut off a few inches with scissors and wash them off and chop them and they are just as good as the cloves. Plus the plants keep...
