I haven't gone for a general check up yet. I'm afraid to know if I have a disease such as cancer, etc. I know that it's important. In order to prevent diseases we have to go for a general check up. Feel free to share your thoughts...

How many time do you taking general check up in a year ? or may be if you feel unhealthy then you take general check up. And how important to take general check up to prevent some disease that you may have.
