Do you say Gesundheit or Bless You when someone sneezes?

I'll say gesundheit usually but only when it's someone I know. I rarely say something when I don't know the person. Do you say something when someone sneezes when you're shopping or out running errands?

When someone sneezes, we often say "bless you!" or "God bless you!", or "Gesundheit!" (German for "health"?). I'd expect there would be lots of other similar expressions for sneezing from different cultures, but a quick Google...
