I think it really depends on the situation. I wouldn't say that I will help this guy under all circumstances. As often, I think that I will help this guy even I know he is a bad guy because if I don't help him, he may keep on...

I think it is better to stay away from person like this unless you realy want to involve in any trouble or unhappiness. If it really bother you, just call the police to handle it. If he hasn't do anything that will make the police...
