It is definitely "Good Gumbo Weather" down here in the South this week.
What we call "Good Gumbo Weather" is anything under 60 degrees! And a good rainstorm usually helps too!

When you make a gumbo what all do you put in it? I like to put sausages, shrimps, chicken, and crabs in mine. A seafood gumbo and sometimes I put okra in it.
