hi, i would like to gain weight coz i think i little bit skinny. so can anybody give tips such what should i have or any quick way to gain weight.

I sometimes keep thinking of what to make for breakfast .My kids want something new everyday.What would be good for them that is made quickly and is rich either in protiens ,vitamins or fibre.
