how often do you drink water in a day

i drink 60cl of water about 3-4 times on a cool day, but i drink as high as 5-6 times of a hot day.

How do you relax after a really, really, really hectic day? What helps you?

I prefer to head to the tub for a bubble bath with some candles, a glass of wine and some music or a magazine or book. A few chocolates on the side of the tub is optional, lol.
