The first fatalities involved in the Hoover Dam were J.G. Tierney and Harold Connely who were conducting geological surveys. They fell into the river and drowned.
Connely died in May of '21, and Tierney in December of '22.

The first time I ever saw the Hoover Dam, it was in the 70's. My ex-husband and I took a trip to Las Vegas and did some sight seeing while there. The Hoover Dam was top on our list.
