I'm an Indian. I am planning to buy something online via ebay. Here's a problem.. Most of the paypal users are saying that button to add funds to paypal by linked bank account is disappeared. Paypal is not bothering to clarify...

alertpay doesnot have bank transfer to India. what to do?

I have an alertpay account and some money in it which i earned from a lot of buxes after reaching the payout. but alertpay doesnot have bank transfer to india and my bank does not facility to draw money from an us account. what...
