I really don't follow much of a routine in the evening and go to bed at all hours. I can go to bed at 2am and still be up by 6 or 7am. Do you have a set time when you go to bed?

Getting Used to Night Shift?!

At my new job I am starting Tuesday my hours will be 9:45pm to 6am everytime I work. I was wondering if anyone would have any tips/knowledge to help me get used to this and not be too tired for it.
