Situation will make us to join in the job which is not suit for our qualification and not with good earning. But that job paying you reasonable money. What you'll decide in that situation. Will you join in that job for time being...

Do you think a university diploma is more important than real experiences?

Some people get less salary because they didn't receive a diploma of university, no matter how much professional experiences they get. Do you think it's fair ?
