that of an evening when it is getting dark, you tend to watch the tv in the dark, rather than bothering to put the light on, also that the tv can look better in the dark, or are you like my friend, they have to have the light on...

Hehe... im sleepy while im typing this discussion. I can sleep with the light on and light off... no prob with me. But most of the time, i will sleep with light off. I can sleep more with light off because there no color white...

I live with a roommate, I can sleep whenever the light is on or off. But when I want to sleep I usually turn off the light then she would use her tablelamp. If not I would cover my eyes with a pillow. For me, It is better to sleep...
