I've had dreams that can be controlled. In my dream I can move and act as I wish. Is this normal? Has anyone experienced something similar?

I don't get it because I've never heard of qnaone having it, but I often get headaches during lucid dreams and even after waking up. It's so bad it scares me to go into lucid dreaming again. Sometimes I feel a huge reassure....
