cheese, the stinkier the better!

I love a good, stinky cheese with a nice glass of red wine. tellagio, manchego, any ripe blue cheese like Stilton. I also like morbeir which is not that strong but a good accompianmint to softer cheeses. what do you think?

If you are a member of this group, it probably goes without saying that you appreciate good cheese and eschew the stuff that comes out of factories or is processed. That includes the nasty ground cardboard that comes in the round...
