What do you think about the new Melrose Place?

I watched the series premiere of the new Melrose Place. Honestly, I wasn't very impressed. I don't forsee this show staying on the air very long. I didn't feel the acting was very believable and the story line just didn't grab me....

What do you think of the new trend to resurrect old tv shows as either new tv shows or full-length movies? I just read an article that said that they are currently working on reviving Melrose Place. I didn't watch it faithfully...
