I am planning to increase my body weight hence i am thinking of having raw egg with milk every morning i tried searching in google but i got some mixed response. I dont know wat to do pls advise

Milk rice with egg is my favourite. I like to have it everyday. Some of my relatives told, eating in that combination(milk rice with egg) is not good for health and it will create some disease. So my mom, nowadays not allowing me...
