I have a quick and easy solution that will save the state budgets tons of money... Let the non-violent, first time offenders out of prison, since they don't belong there anyway!

So many shows today are terribly violent. That is one of the best things about Mr. Monk. He is clever, cute and funny, but does not have to use violence or bad language to keep you interested.
